Listening same holographic sense as with 2N1099 everything else, in short: -sense of organicity is there, which must be first quality, considering nature of gain aparatus and lack of overall NFB; so, didn't spoiled that -mellow, then I tried to observe sense of speed - no lack in that department, too -Freq. extremes - have no objection one of my fave albums - see pic - besides MZM liking music on, it is extremely nice tool - spaciousness is exquisite, nothing overproduced or over-edited, and Mile's trumpet is full and detailed ( which isn't the case on some other recordings) but - one thing especially useful - in enough places, M. trumpet is blasting to the roof, and any weak link in amplification chain ( and yes, even speakers) would run crying in these moments, while you have ears bleeding well, no with these boring amps .......... aggression of trumpet sound is here, but green is wide, observing that I'm still in same room, and no bleeding ears

THD, second channel 1T813 just to be sure that there was no heavy weed yesterday, neither for me nor for amp, I made measurements of second channel didn't bother to match Biguns especially, except with universal measureitallthingie, afterwards Hfe and Ubc are confirmed as similar in T-Bed 8R load same Wakoosness as first channel

Did mount 1T813 today, in place of 2N1099 fired it up, it set itself exactly at same Iq (as previously 2N1099) , did just minor tweak of output offset same situation for both channels - everything perfect in static state then connected old crummy Sigene to input, scope to out, no load, just to check does modulation reaching output first channel OK second channel - started , and somewhere at half ( of max) thingie just went South - speaker DC protection dissengaged relays, got 48V across 0R11 resistor group ( where I need to see 110mV) powered it off, logical check - dead mosfet, dead Ge, two 0R22 resistors dead ( there is a reason why there are 2 or 3W jobbies) was it 1T813 Dud ? most likely ...... and now I'm thinking what and how to test them if I decide to get them in quantity it seems test with actual load, fastest way of Ge tossed in 1L container of demi water is easiest way to do it anyway - replaced what's Dodo, checked rest of circuit and fired it up again this time everything went good, so did tried both channels with load, up to clipping
