Neke stranice treba unapred furnirati, kao i neke delove - pre same gradnje. The production of this boxes lasted about two months, more than a month took me to prepare: procurement of materials, finding the right people for production of several parts. On the cut out list (WMR19) is missing: 1 oak plank width 40cm, 5m long and 5.5 cm thickness what is needed for decorative moldings. 1 beech plank width 20cm, 4m long and 2.5 cm thickness required to produce internal moldings and for the frames of decorative masks. Also is needed about 18kg wood glue ( Henkel Moment ) and more than 2kg Henkel Express glue (as universal glue ) for sticking veneer on smaller areas. Oak veneer was used ( from Slavonia/Croatia, extra quality ), needed about 30m2 for comfortable work. How to stick the veneer: because of the huge flat surfaces, with hand work that is impossible to manage. It is the best to find a press with dimensions 2m x 1m by some carpenter which makes doors, with this press the veneering is perfect. Some parts should be veneered in advance.
