No, no, no, no, and no Now that you have finally begun having interest in real amps, you could as well make a real input selector for the pre section.You just build as many pre stages as you need inputs, and just one psu. Hook up one pre section to each input, and power the one you need. When you wanna switch input, you simply switch the power on, to the respective input section, and power down the one that you used previously. This way you get rid of relays / switches in the signal path, and we both know that sooner or later they're gonna cause trouble. Don't forget to divide the reference to ground, or you will get into trouble.Magura
