Q26 and Q28 - each one is conducting ~1,3mAthere is no need for more than 5mA through eachso - Slobo - you can substitute all 12K with - say - 4K7and - replace both Q26 & Q27 ..... that will cost ya a fortune

Sipi was right.I changed R39. R57 and R70 to 10K - No change....0,49V over R69I changed Q26...0,49V over R69I put R70 1K and 0,6V over R69 then...I'm OK with this...
